SHIPPING
We currently ship to addresses in the United States (USPS Domestic territories) and PO Boxes Free of Charge. We process your online order within 1–2 business days.
We offer free standard shipping to arrive in 3–8 business days on orders. Boonafit is not responsible and will not reimburse for carrier delays of any kind, customer shipping information entry errors, lost or stolen packages, failed delivery attempts, or any carrier delivery exceptions.
Order status and shipping confirmations will be sent via email. Customers can request text updates in checkout.
Canada:
Flat Rate Shipping on all orders shipping to Canada is $15.00 USD. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 additional business days after the order is placed. Boonafit will not replace or credit customers for orders lost in transit, incorrect shipping address, or shipping errors of any kind unless they are caused by Boonafit.
Orders shipped to Canada are NOT Duty and Tax paid. Please note that the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.
INSPECTION FOR DAMAGE, DEFECTS, SHORTAGES
Inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Damage, shortage, or defective merchandise claims must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Please email sales@boonafit.com and include your order number, name on order, and a photo of the issue if applicable.
CANCELLATION
Orders are generally shipped in 1–2 business days so contact us immediately should you want to cancel your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Should an order cancellation occur after an order shiped it will be handled under our returns policy.
RETURNS
Please send all shortage or damage claims and return requests to sales@boonafit.com. A team member will contact you within 2 business days to coordinate your return.
Please do not return goods without contacting Boonafit first.
Your refund will be issued once your returned item has been received in the original packaging in a sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
It is suggested that returns be shipped by a carrier that provides signature confirmation. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Boonafit does not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
Returns process must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Please allow 1–2 weeks to process your refund and see it appear on your credit card statement.
Boonafit accepts returns of products purchased from boonafit.com only. All returns of orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized through and returned to those retailers.
OUT OF STOCK
Occasionally we are out of stock on items. We will offer email sign up for notifications when the product is back in stock.
